Arizona House and State Senate leaders are considering a proposal to arbitrarily CUT YOUR PUBLIC SCHOOL'S FUNDING! A cut like this would put at significant risk the quality programs you have come to expect from your child's public virtual school. Funding for traditional public schools should never be cut, let alone cut so dramatically. It would be unfair to cut funding for our children's public virtual schools.  Your child’s education is just as valuable as any other student’s education.

Online schools are public schools.
Our classrooms might not look like your child’s classroom, but they deserve to be treated just like other public schools. And our schools and students are accountable to the same standards as all public schools.

Distance learning works where traditional schools don’t.
Sometimes due to unique family situations or medical challenges, students aren’t able to be successful in a traditional public school. That’s where distance learning comes in. With a tailored curriculum and topnotch teachers, our kids get back on track and stay on track.

These public schools deserve full funding.
A balanced state budget shouldn’t come at the expense of our state’s children. Please promise our kids that you will not cut funding for these unique public schools.
